PR1782 Class S is a low density, three-part sprayable sealant. Designed for sealing integral fuel tanks and pressurised cabins, the cured sealant maintains excellent elastomeric properties after exposure to jet fuel, aviation gas and phosphoric ester hydraulic fluids.

It is a manganese dioxide cured polysulfide compound and the uncured material has a fluid consistency suitable for application by brush or spray once mixed.
It has a service temperature range of -55°C (-67°F) to 130°C (266°F). It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates.
