Low Density Fuel Tank Sealant
PR1782 Class C is a low density, two-part aircraft fuel tank and general purpose sealant. Designed for fay surface sealing applications, the cured sealant maintains excellent elastomeric properties after exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas.

It is a manganese dioxide cured polysulfide compound and the uncured material is suitable for application by roller or spatula.
It has a service temperature range of -54°C (-65°F) to 121°C (250°F). It cures at room temperature to form a resilient sealant having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates.
This product offers up to 20% weight savings per unit volume over traditional sealants used for its purposes. It will also resist limited contact to diphosphate ester based hydraulic fluids.
