Phenylmethyl polysiloxane polymer that is available in a viscosity range of 50 to 30000 cSt. This phenyl silicone fluid is useful in hydraulic arrestors (snubbers), hydraulically actuated valves. As heat transfer fluid delivers exceptional high-temperature stability during continuous use at 232 deg C (450 deg F), these materials are also suitable for low-temperature applications requiring pour points as low as -57 deg C (-70 deg F).
