EA E-60NC is a black, opaque, 2-part, flowable, industrial-grade, epoxy liquid potting compound with extended work life. It’s ideal for electronic applications (e.g. attaching components to PC boards, housing assembly, and potting) and works well with electrical components sensitive to corrosion. It cures at room temperature to form a rigid encapsulant and provides excellent environmental and chemical resistance and insulation.

Application
- PCB Encapsulation: Attaching components to circuit boards where corrosion prevention of copper traces is vital.

Conditions Info
- Dispensing: Best applied via a 3M or Loctite EPX™ Applicator with a 1:1 ratio static mixing nozzle.
- Cure Schedule: 24 hours at 25°C for full strength; can be accelerated with heat (e.g., 2 hours at 65°C).
- Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of oxidation; solvent cleaning with Loctite SF 7063 is recommended.
