3M Scotch-Weld DP460EG: High-Performance Aerospace Epoxy for Electronic & Precision Bonding
3M Scotch-Weld DP460EG (Electronic Grade) is a high-performance, two-part epoxy adhesive specifically engineered for the most demanding applications in the aerospace and electronics industries. As an "Electronic Grade" variant of the legendary DP460, it is formulated with extremely low levels of ionic impurities (Chlorine and Bromine) to prevent corrosion on delicate electronic traces and sensitive metallic substrates. This adhesive offers exceptional shear and peel strength, maintaining high structural integrity under extreme environmental stress and thermal cycling.
